Fall Business Meeting

9:30 AM Outside on the Parking Lot

Our Fall Business Meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, October 11. The meeting will take place between the Outdoor In Person Worship and the In- door In Person Worship at 9:30 AM.

The two main items of business are: the Deacons will appoint the Church Nominating Committee for the 2020-2021 Church Year and approval of a mail ballot for adopting the 2021 Budget. The reason for the mail ballot is to allow more members of the congregation to be able to have a voice in approving the budget for 2021.

There will also be a report from the Treasurer on our Financial Status for 2020. If you are not able to stand for this meeting, you are encouraged to bring your own chair.

National Night Out was postponed until October because of Covid19. We will have a scaled back event on our parking lot. We will hand out bottles of water and some bagged snacks. Come join us, wear a mask and physically distance.

October will be our final month of Outdoor Movies. The movie on Oct. 2nd will begin at 7 PM, the other movies will begin at 6:30. The time change is due to the change in sunset times. Bring you own chair and whatever snack you want for you and your family. If it rains, or if rain is predicted for that evening, the event will be cancelled. CVLI #504268299
