I would like to tell each one of you that I love and miss you! I look forward to the day when we can all be at church together again as a family. What a great day that will be worshipping together in The Lord’s house!
Stay Connected – Sunday School
During this quarantine, it is important for our church family to stay connected with each other. I would like to provide Sunday School teachers with a helping hand. There are free resources available that teachers can use to stay connected with their classes. The Helping Hands class has been using a free online service to meet each Sunday called free conference call. Teachers can set up an account at https://www.freeconferencecall.com/. The cool thing about this service is that it is completely free and easy to use. When you sign up for a free account, you are given a telephone number and an access code. Teachers can give out this number and code to each person in their class. Set up a day and time to meet. Share this information with your classes and continue to have classes over the phone each week. You can use the same phone number and access code every week.
Another fun way that classes can meet online is through Zoom. It is free to set up a Zoom account at https://www.zoom.us/. Using zoom, you can set up a virtual meeting and invite people in your class to attend by sending out an email with a meeting number and passcode. For this service to work, you will need a computer that has a camera.
Children & Youth Resources
Parents, I would like to let you know about Group Publishing. Group Publishing is providing families with free children’s Sunday School lessons each week. Each lesson includes an overview and a video of the lesson taught by a children’s ministry leader. They are empowering courageous kids to enjoy Bible studies at home. This information will also be included on our website and Facebook so that you can access it easier.

Class with Claire – Wednesday Nights
Families, I would like to invite your kids and youth to join me for class online on Wednesday Nights. Each Wednesday Night at 6 pm, I will share a video on Facebook for you to watch at home. I will also share the video on our church website. You can find the video on our church website by pressing the Wednesday Night tab and selecting Children & Youth Missions. This year we have been learning about global missions. During our time together, we will have a prayer, Bible study, country study, and make a craft. Please bring a Bible to our class time together.
